In order for the group to develop and gain more marketing opportunities, the Farmer Housewives Committee held a meeting and voted to establish a community enterprise named “Waan Waan Community Enterprise” since 2017. The Farmer Housewives Group has been continuously engaged in agricultural product processing in the community, especially processing of Hom Thong bananas. The area with the largest area of Hom Thong bananas is Phetchaburi Province, where most of the people in the community are farmers. "Golden Banana" It is an important economic plant of Thailand with the potential to be exported abroad. With the characteristics of the pure gold banana variety, it is heavy, has a good taste and a delicious smell. In addition, various parts of the banana have been developed into various products. หลังจากนั้นก็ได้รับการแนะนำจาก หน่วยงานราชการจากศูนย์หม่อนไหม เฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ อุดรธานี และได้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมทางด้านวิชาการ จากศูนย์ หม่อนไหมเฉลิมพระเกียรติฯ นครราชสีมา โดยได้นำความรู้ที่ได้จากการฝึกอบรม เทคโนโลยีใหม่ๆ มาใช้ในการจัดการทางด้าน การผลิต เช่น การจัดการโรงเลี้ยงไหมโดยเน้นเรื่องความสะอาด เพื่อการดูแลรักษาความสะอาดได้ง่าย โดยการนำหลักวิชาการ มาประยุกต์ในการใช้ เช่น จ่อพลาสติก แทนจ่อแบบเดิม ตาข่ายถ่ายมูล การใช้พวงสาวไหมเด่นชัย ๑ แทนพวงสาวพื้นบ้าน และได้จัดตั้งกลุ่ม วิสาหกิจชุมชน กลุ่มผลิตเส้นไหม เมื่อปี พ.ศ ๒๕๕๒ มีความสนใจและเริ่มเลี้ยงไหม อีรี่ ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ ๒๕๕๓ จนถึงปัจจุบัน

การสร้างรายได้แก่ชุมชนกลุ่มวิสาหกิจผลิตเส้นไหมบ้านหนองกรุง โดยเฉลี่ยแล้วสามารถสร้างรายได้  800,000 บาท/ปี  สมาชิกของกลุ่ม มีรายได้ 40,000 บาท/ต่อปี ซึ่งลายผ้าที่ทำรายได้ดีที่สุด คือ ผ้าถุงลายโบราณ ราคาผืนละ 14,000 บาท
